“ It’s not my first time to the arsonist restaurant in Manly and it won’t be the last. My husband and I went to the arsonist last week for dinner for our anniversary and we could not have picked a better place for the ambience the atmosphere. The service was impeccable and the food was second to none. Absolutely blew our socks off very generous servings and a pretty reasonable price for how divine it is. Five stars, Everyone that comes to Brisbane I highly recommend this place to go for dinner. When my family come up on holidays in a months time for my I definitely will be here again. “ I loved the entire experience at this restaurant. Great staff very accommodating and very attentive without being intrusive. The food was absolutely divine and I’m very glad we went with the tasting menu in order to try as many things as possible. While there are many standout such as the roasted pumpkin with goat cheese and the amazing duck I do have to give amazing marks to the smoked brisket fat butter. There’s not much room for error in butter and the balance of flavour was perfect. ”

The decoration and the vibe inside the restaurant was nice and calm. A little bit away from the crowd place, this place offers a good food and drinks. Price is reasonable as well. We ordered fish as our main dish and was very good apart from a little but salty sauce in it. ”

“ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great date night at The Arsonist. We booked a table and ended up with bar seating, which was actually perfect as we got to watch the ladies creating cocktails right in front of us. The food came out super quick and just kept coming – absolutely beautiful with amazing flavours. Service was friendly and attentive, and the beer and wine were nice and cold. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of food and service made it well worth it. We’ll definitely be back! ”
“ Visited for dinner with my cousin brother. First impression – the place looks sharp, lots of dark timber and flames flickering in the open kitchen. Definitely sets a mood. We ordered the smoked brisket and grilled king prawns, plus a couple of sides. Brisket was tender, with a deep smoky flavour. The prawns were okay – fresh, but a bit too salty. Chips were crisp but not hot when served. What I did appreciate was the service; they were attentive without being in your face. Drinks were a highlight – they’ve got a great whisky list if you’re into that. Prices are on the higher end, so it’s not your everyday kind of spot. I feel like you’re partly paying for the presentation and ambience, which is fair if that’s what you’re after. We enjoyed the evening overall. ”

Even the smallest banquet will leave you walking out full. The sourdough and butter is to die for. Arsonist is a place I always highly recommend, you wont be disappointed. ”
